All sales are final. No refunds are offered except for the specific cases listed below.

Replacements
Replacements are offered only for packages that are lost in transit or arrive visibly damaged. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Proof may be required. Buyers are responsible for replacement shipping costs.

Shipping & Processing
Orders usually ship within 7 days. Tumultuous Records is a one-person operation, and occasional delays may occur.
Domestic orders include tracking. Some international orders may ship without tracking depending on destination. Tumultuous Records is not responsible for postal delays once an order has shipped.
Buyers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Orders sent to an incorrect address cannot be refunded or replaced.

DIY / Condition Disclaimer
All releases are handmade DIY items. Minor cosmetic imperfections and slight audio inconsistencies are normal and are not considered defects.

Content Warning
Some releases may contain vulgar or offensive imagery. This is intentional and is not grounds for refund or replacement. By ordering, the buyer accepts this.

Privacy
Customer information is used only to process orders.

Preorders
Preorders are non-refundable. Orders may ship later than the estimated date due to manufacturing delays. Payment is charged immediately. If a preorder is ordered with in-stock items, all items will ship together when the preorder is ready.

Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Updated terms apply only to orders placed after the change.
