Tumultuous Records – Shop Terms & Policies

All Sales Final
All sales are final. Tumultuous Records does not offer refunds or exchanges except under the limited conditions described below.

Replacements
If an item is lost in transit or arrives visibly damaged, Tumultuous Records may replace it at our discretion.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement.
- Proof of the issue may be required.

Payments
All payments are processed securely through BigCartel. Orders are only shipped once payment is received in full.

Shipping
- Domestic orders ship via USPS tracked.
- International orders are possible, but shipping is very expensive. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs and import taxes.
- Estimated shipping times: Orders are usually shipped within 3–7 business days. Tumultuous Records is not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier’s hands.

Condition Disclaimer
All CDRs, cassettes, and other media are hand-assembled and were tested once made, never again. Slight cosmetic imperfections, variations in packaging, or minor defects are normal for DIY, small-batch releases and are not considered grounds for refund or replacement.

Liability
All items are sold as-is. Tumultuous Records is not responsible for any issues with your purchase, including but not limited to: defective media, cosmetic imperfections, or simply not liking what you receive. Some releases may include imagery, logos, or designs that could be offensive or not to your taste — this is intentional and is not grounds for refund or replacement. By placing an order, you accept these risks.

DIY / Underground Note
Tumultuous Records operates as a small, independent, DIY label. Every release is made in limited quantities, and imperfections are part of the process. Your purchase supports future releases and the continued operation of the label.

Privacy
Customer information is used only for order processing. Tumultuous Records does not share, sell, or store your data beyond what is necessary to fulfill your order.

Occasionally, Tumultuous Records may offer exclusive items or deals via our newsletter. Sign up at the bottom of the page with your email to receive these updates — offers are rare, so just sign up and wait.

Changes to Terms
Tumultuous Records reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. Changes will apply to all orders placed after the update.
